i've came accross many corpses and seacrhed them...
got some bones some money the occasional corpse monster
but... i dunno what bones are for for..... what are they for?

Bones were used in a previous version of medieval duel, You should just ignore them for now, And maybe follow lizards advice and give your comments on what they should be used for.

I guess the only possible thing you can do with them for now, is brag about how many you have :P
